Terms and Conditions
Last updated: April 5, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Chronae ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. The Service is provided by Chronae Inc. ("we", "us", "our").
2. Description of Service
Chronae is a scheduling and calendar infrastructure platform that enables users to create booking links, manage availability, coordinate teams, automate workflows, and integrate with external services via API and webhooks. The Service includes web-based dashboard access, public booking pages, REST API endpoints, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) server endpoints.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including API keys and webhook secrets. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam)
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data beyond the provided API
- Exceed reasonable API rate limits or abuse webhook delivery mechanisms
5. Team and Multi-User Access
Account owners may invite team members and assign roles (Owner, Admin, Developer, Member). Owners are responsible for the actions of their team members. Members and Developers may only belong to one team. Owners and Admins may belong to multiple teams but must designate one active team for booking purposes to prevent scheduling conflicts.
6. API and Webhook Usage
API keys provide programmatic access to the Service. You are responsible for securing your API keys and webhook secrets. We reserve the right to revoke API access if usage exceeds reasonable limits or violates these terms. Webhook deliveries include HMAC-SHA256 signatures for verification — you are responsible for validating webhook authenticity on your endpoints.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We process your data solely to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Availability and Uptime
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service downtime or interruptions.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Chronae Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chronae Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law to retain it.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Contact
If you have questions about these terms, please contact us through the bug report feature in the application or via the documentation page.
